Once we get your order, the product will be personalized within 2-3 business days. We then ship your order from our fulfiller via the specified shipping method. For the continental United States, shipping options include:

  • United States Postal Service Priority Mail (3-5 days; no guarantee on delivery and not trackable)
  • Ground (5-7 working days and trackable)
  • Two Day Air (trackable)
  • One Day Air (trackable)
The default shipping option is the lowest cost option available, which varies depending on where the order is being shipped. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii may choose from:
  • United States Postal Service Priority Mail (no guarantee on delivery and not trackable)
  • Three Day Air (trackable)
  • One Day Air (trackable)
Before an order is placed we calculate the total cost of the items selected and the corresponding non-US shipping charge. We do NOT calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. (Please check with your local post office for more information.)

Also, please be aware that due to the variety of products we offer, one order may contain several shipments, since different products require different vendors and certain countries have specific weight restrictions.
