Placing Orders Online
Shopping for Best Buy products online is safe, secure and easy. There's no need to log in to shop the catalog, just follow these simple steps:
1. Browse through the Best Buy eStore by clicking on a category and then clicking on the products that interest you.
2. Select the item and enter custom information as required.
3. Add items to your Shopping Cart.
4. Verify the personalized information entered for each item is correct.
5. Submit your order.

Browsing Through the Best Buy eStore
There are two ways to shop through the Best Buy eStore, by clicking on a category and browsing through the product assortment and by using the Product Search feature to find a specific product.
To browse the product assortment, click on one of the category links located on the left navigation bar. In some cases, when you click on one of these main categories a list of sub categories will be presented.
If so, click on those sub categories to see products.
To use the Product Search feature, click on the Product Search button located on the top menu bar. A Search box will appear, offering the choice of searching by SKU(s), Product Name, and Product Description data. Enter the information and click the button. For your convenience, Search results will present product detail and an ordering screen.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
Shopping the Best Buy eStore is similar to shopping anywhere-you are in control.
In order to purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping cart. To do this, enter the quantity you want to purchase from the product thumbnail pages. A series of edit template prompt you to enter the custom information such as names or year started (if applicable).
Once you have selected the product, specified quantity and custom information and carefully proof read your imprint, click the Add to Cart button. You will see the product appear in your Shopping Cart. This Shopping Cart will expand to include all of your selections and it also allows you to remove or update those selections by clicking on the Remove button or by clicking on the product name to take you back to the Proof Reading page, where changes can be made.
At any time, you can see an expanded version of the Shopping Cart by clicking on the Cart button located on the top menu bar.
Requesting a Rush Order Process:
1. Create the emergency order in Buy It and note the purchase order number, starts with a “DP”.
2. Contact Wendells Customer Service Team directly by phone and provide the purchase order number and 'rush' request.
Submitting Your Order
When you are finished shopping, verify the Order Information in your Cart and make any final changes, then click on the Check Out button, located in the Shopping Cart.
Adding and Canceling Items Ordered
If you would like to Add an item to an order, after the order has been sent to Wendells, create a second Buy It order.
If you would like to Cancel an item, after the order has been sent to Wendells, contact Wendells to verify shipping status; if not shipped, provide your purchase order number (DP #) and the item you wish to cancel. Note, orders are shipped in 24-48 hours.
How do I find the DP# on the order?
1. Login to Buy It
2. Navigate to Explore > Searches
3. Create a New Search
4. In the 'Category:' pull-down menu select 'Direct Purchase'
5. In the 'Supplier (any line item):' click select
6. Find 'WENDELLS' and click the 'add' button, then 'OK'
7. Click the 'Search' button to run the search
8. Locate your purchase order number (DP#) in the 'Order ID' column If your order has not shipped, then confirm the purchase order, item and quantity to cancel.
Exchanging or Returning Items Ordered
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply contact the Wendells Customer Service Team (1.800.936.3355) to exchange or refund your item. The physical return of the item is not required.
Confirming Backorders
Provided your in stock merchandise order cannot be processed and shipped 48 hours after receipt, Wendells will contact you via email.
Confirming Shipment and Delivery
Your in stock merchandise order will be processed and shipped shortly after receipt. Unless otherwise specified, all orders received by 5:00PM CST will be shipped within 48 hours via UPS Ground.
New Store Opening [NSO] Ordering
When you are finished shopping, verify the Order Information in your Cart and make any final changes, then click on the Check Out button, located in the Shopping Cart. The ‘Ship To’ address is changed in Buy It by completing the steps below. NOTE: DO NOT use the ‘Comments’ area on the requisition to request a Non-Best Buy ‘Ship To’ address.
Steps to ‘Ship To’ a Non-Best Buy Address:
1. On the Checkout screen, Scroll down to the Shipping – Entire Requisition section
2. Click on the down arrow of the Ship To field
3. Select Other
4. Click on the New* button
5. Enter the Shipping information and click Save
6. Click Select
7. Click Submit
* NOTE: If you do not see the ‘New’ button on the Choose Value for Ship To screen, you are not authorized to ‘Ship To’ a Non-Best Buy location.
